FAQ

We value and study towns with more than 50,000 inhabitants. However, there could be exceptions due to the environment, tourism, commercial areas, etc.

The minimum recommended capital is approximately €2,000 per square meter, depending on the size and condition of the premises this figure may vary slightly. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the entrance fee of 40.000€.

Experience in the restaurant industry is not a prerequisite. We provide our franchisees with training and support at every stage of the franchising process, allowing them to improve their skills and build know-how as a franchisee. Own business experience is important, e.g. management of a business and employees.

Having your own premises or the possibility of renting premises that meet La Tagliatella's requirements is an additional advantage, but not a necessary condition to start the process. Potential franchisees can count on the support of AmRest's real estate department in the identification and evaluation of potential locations and the technical verification of the premises.

It is possible to manage several restaurants. It is important that, in addition to the economic contribution, it is necessary to have available time and specific commitment in each restaurant.

This process can last between one and two months. During the process, information will be provided to the candidate, until the franchise contract is signed.

The basic training of the franchisee lasts about 6-8 weeks, depending on the management system adopted, and includes theoretical and practical classes in selected restaurants of the chain. Travel, accommodation and living expenses are paid by the franchisee.

AmRest has many years of experience in location scouting, design and successful restaurant management. Franchisees receive support in restaurant design, equipment installation, staff training, opening events and ongoing management. They also get access to approved suppliers, ensuring a reliable supply chain, as well as training in sales development and restaurant profit management.
