Characteristics and location of the premises:
- Typical surface area: 300 m² + 100 m² of terrace
- Type of street and location: Main and adjacent streets
- Minimum population: 50,000 inhabitants from all regions of Spain
- Shopping centre: Minimum 400,000 visitors/month
